DescriptionFAS seeks to build upon past and current USDA/FAS-sponsored sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) regulatory technical assistance work in Bangladesh that focused on building the transparency and technical skills of the Government of Bangladesh’s National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO).
