DescriptionOn November 15, 2021, Congress enacted the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) P.L. 117-58, also referred to as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). Section 24108 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), also referred to as BIL, P.L. 117-58 limits eligibility for an award to a State (see Program Summary Information, Definitions, for definition of State). Each State can submit only one (1) application.
