Additional Eligibility Information

DOE/NNSA FFRDCs, with the exception of Idaho National Laboratory, are eligible to apply for funding as a subrecipient but are not eligible to apply as a prime recipient. Due to INL’s role as Initiative Coordinator and involvement in FOA strategy discussions, INL is not eligible to apply for funding as a Prime Recipient under the FOA and may not be proposed as a Subrecipient on another entity’s application.
