DescriptionThe purpose of this program is to add to the number of Indian health professionals serving Indians by encouraging Indians to enter the health professions and removing barriers to serving Indians. Additional Eligibility Information

A public or nonprofit private college or university that: 1. Has a medical or other allied health program, other than a nursing program. 2. Is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education. 3. Has a target population for its proposed program that does not include Indian Tribes within the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, and Montana. The existing University of North Dakota InMed grant program serves these states.
