CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $3,900,000 for Year 1 for 2 awards, subject to the availability of funds. This NOFO will support organizations that engage state, tribal, local, and territorial immunization programs funded through CDC's Immunization and Vaccines for Children program to advance systems supporting program delivery, improve data quality, and improve vaccination coverage. Eligible Applicants- State governments- County governments- City or township governments- Special district governments- Independent school districts- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education- Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)- Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities- Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments)- Nonprofits having a 501 (c) (3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education- Nonprofits that do not have a 501 (c) (3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education- Private institutions of higher education- Others- Unrestricted

Eligibility is limited to the entities identified in the statutory authority and the additional criteria below.
