Restricted Eligibility (DECEMBER 2014) In accordance with 2 CFR 910.126, Competition, eligibility for award is restricted to Consortiums. Consortiums are a combination, or group, formed to undertake an enterprise beyond the resources of any one member. Consortiums can be comprised of eligible Domestic Entities, which is described under this section.
