Description
BOEM is seeking concept design, prototype construction, and deployment testing of satellite-borne TOA receive systems. These receivers will work in tandem with terrestrial and marine transmitters (tags) and auxiliary terrestrial TOA receivers to form a global ultra-low energy positioning system.
