DescriptionINL seeks to assist the Kingdom of Morocco, through its Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and General Delegation for Prison Administration and Rehabilitation (DGAPR) in implementing a community corrections/ATI system. Moroccan prisons are regularly overcrowded, due largely to the lack of probation and parole options available to the accused. Those that are available under Moroccan law are rarely implemented. Eligible Applicants- Public and State controlled institutions of higher education- Nonprofits having a 501 (c) (3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education- Nonprofits that do not have a 501 (c) (3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education

The following organizations are eligible to apply: • U.S.-based non-profit/non-governmental organizations (NGOs); • U.S.-based educational institutions subject to section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. tax code; • Foreign-based non-profits/non-governmental organizations (NGOs); • Foreign-based educational institutions Applicants must also meet the following requirements to be eligible to apply to this NOFO: • Applicants must demonstrate business registration in the Kingdom of Morocco.
