DescriptionThe Healing and Response Teams Special Initiative (Assistance Listing # 16.029) was created in response to recommendations made by the Not Invisible Act Commission (NIAC). Additional Eligibility Information

Eligible applicants for the Healing and Response Teams Special Initiative are national, Tribal, statewide, or other nonprofit organizations. Eligible applicants must have the capacity to provide Tribal specific training and technical assistance (TTA) on a national level. In rare circumstances, OVW may support institutions of higher education; state, local, or Tribal governments; governmental agencies; or local non-profit organizations.
