DescriptionUnder the MUHR Program, BJA will provide funding to eligible entities to expand upon the reporting, transportation, processing, and identification of missing persons (MP) and unidentified human remains (UHR) cases in their jurisdictions, including migrants. This program increases public safety by providing resources to locate and identify MP and UHR in the United States.
