This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) announces the opportunity to apply for funding under the Health Center Program’s Service Area Competition (SAC). The purpose of this funding is to ensure continuity of care in the communities and populations currently served by the Health Center Program. Your organization must be a private, non-profit entity or a public agency in the United States or its territories. Tribal and urban Indian organizations may apply.
