DescriptionThe Department of State’s Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (TIP Office) is pleased to invite organizations to submit Statements of Interest (SOIs) to combat human trafficking outside of the United States. The TIP Office will allocate funding for anti-trafficking projects through an open, two-stage competitive process.
