This opportunity is available ONLY to Cooperative Ecosystem Study Units (CESU) under the Californian, Colorado Plateau, and Great Basin regions. SIKES ACT AUTHORITY ONLY: In accordance with 16 USC 670c-1, Sikes Act, projects for the implementation and enforcement of integrated natural resources management plans, priority shall be given to Federal and State agencies having responsibility for the conservation and management of fish or wildlife.
