DescriptionThe purpose of this NOFO is to solicit applications from non-federal parties to which the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) will issue awards of grants or cooperative agreements through the CVPCP, CVPIA and the HRP.
