Eligible applicants are alumni or teams (as described below under point 1) that include at least one alumnus among their members. Definition of Alumni: citizens of Turkmenistan who have participated in the U.S. government funded/sponsored programs. 1. Please note that in Turkmenistan, grants can be issued only to registered individual entrepreneurs, registered profit or non-profit organizations, registered non-government organizations (NGOs) and/or registered Economic Societies.
