This opportunity is available ONLY to Cooperative Ecosystem Study Units (CESU) under the CALIFORNIAN and COLORADO PLATEAU regions. Sikes Act Authority 16 USC 670c-1. IAW the Sikes Act, for projects for implementation and enforcement of integrated natural resources management plans, priority shall be given to Federal and State agencies having responsibility for the conservation and management of fish or wildlife.
