--- ## Description This program, administered by the Office of Research Integrity (ORI) within the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health, funds conferences and workshops that promote research integrity and the responsible conduct of research. The aim is to foster environments within Public Health Service (PHS)-funded institutions that discourage research misconduct, address allegations effectively, and build capacity to prevent detrimental research practices. Funded events may be in-person, virtual, or hybrid, and should provide forums for discussion and produce tangible outcomes related to research integrity and compliance with federal regulations. --- ## Due Dates - Application deadline: July 30, 2025 --- ## Funding Amount - Award range: $25,000–$50,000 per conference/workshop - Estimated total program funding: $100,000 - Expected number of awards: 2 - No cost-sharing or matching required --- ## Eligibility Eligible applicants include: - Public or nonprofit universities, hospitals, laboratories, and other institutions - State, county, city, township, and special district governments - Independent school districts - Native American tribal governments (federally recognized and other tribal organizations) - Public housing authorities/Indian housing authorities - Faith-based and community-based organizations - American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander organizations - Private institutions of higher education - For-profit organizations (including small businesses) - Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status - Individuals --- ## Application Process - Applications must be submitted electronically via [Grants.gov](https://www.grants.gov/search-results-detail/355827). - Required forms include SF-424 (Application for Federal Assistance), SF-424A (Budget Information), SF-424B (Assurances), and SF-LLL (Disclosure of Lobbying Activities). - Project narrative, budget narrative, proof of nonprofit status (if applicable), and other supporting documents must be included. - Existing grantees may submit applications through [GrantSolutions.gov](https://www.grantsolutions.gov/gs/homepage.gs). --- ## Additional Information - Both in-person and virtual or hybrid events are eligible. - Conferences should align with ORI’s mission to teach responsible conduct of research, prevent misconduct, and support compliance with 42 C.F.R.
