DescriptionWith this solicitation, NIJ seeks proposals to examine programs funded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program (SCIP) in Fiscal Years (FY) 2022-2024. The BJA Byrne SCIP program provides funding for the implementation and/or creation of specific program areas: (1) extreme risk protection order (ERPO) programs, (2) courts response to people in crisis, (3) community-based services for people in crisis, and (4) funding for law enforcement crisis intervention programs or initiatives.
