This forecasted grant opportunity will support Tribes and Tribal Organizations in the contiguous 48 states to plan and implement Community Health Aide Programs (CHAP). The program aims to provide regional flexibility, allowing CHAPs to be tailored to the unique needs of individual Tribal communities. Funding is intended to assist with feasibility assessments, strategic planning, and the initial implementation or expansion of CHAPs, strengthening the health workforce and improving healthcare delivery in Native American communities.
