This program is authorized by 34 U.S.C. 12291(b)(16), which allows OVW to support pilot projects, demonstration projects, and special initiatives designed to improve responses to gender-based violence through an Innovation Fund. Additional Eligibility Information

Eligible applicants must have the capacity to manage a large-scale project on a national level and are limited to 1) Victim service providers with experience providing services to victims of sexual abuse in correctional settings or 2) Nonprofit, nongovernmental organizations providing training and technical assistance regarding services for sexual abuse victims in correctional settings.:
