Description
The Fiscal Year 2024 Case Management Pilot Program (CMPP) offers grant funding to local governments and nonprofit organizations to provide voluntary case management and a range of supportive services to eligible noncitizens who are not detained. The program is administered by the CMPP National Board, chaired by the Officer for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties under the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Funded services may include:
- Mental health services
- Human trafficking screening
- Legal orientation programs
- Cultural orientation programs
- Connections to social services
- Reintegration services for individuals who will be removed
The program aims to support noncitizens in geographic areas served by CMPP, enhancing their access to critical resources and assistance. After the award, the National Board will issue a solicitation inviting applications from local governments and nonprofits to provide these services to enrolled eligible noncitizens.
Applications must be submitted through the FEMA Grants Outcomes (GO) system.
