Description
The U.S. Embassy in Lome, Togo, invites proposals for its Public Diplomacy Annual Program Statement (APS), which funds projects that reinforce cultural connections and mutual understanding between the United States and Togo. Eligible projects must include an American cultural component, such as engagement with U.S. experts, organizations, or institutions, and should promote U.S. policy perspectives.
