Description
This opportunity, offered by the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI) at NIH, aims to enhance the reuse of NHGRI data assets by supporting small research projects that utilize the AnVIL (Analysis, Visualization, and Informatics Lab-space) cloud platform. The goal is to lower barriers for new users, increase the utilization of AnVIL, and demonstrate the value of NHGRI datasets for secondary research and discovery.
Projects must focus on secondary analysis of existing AnVIL datasets, potentially in combination with other public or applicant-supplied data, and must be conducted within the AnVIL platform.
