FY25 Northeast Corridor Cooperative Agreement to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation

Pursuant to the Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025, Pub. L.118-83, the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $252,019,550 to cover Capital and Debt Service which will be used until January 31, 2028, or until expended.
