Description
This funding opportunity, offered by the U.S. Mission to Sudan’s Office of Sudan Affairs (OSA), seeks proposals for projects that advance public diplomacy goals in Sudan. Projects must address at least one of the priority areas: women’s leadership and STEM, peace (especially through the arts), humanitarian assistance and protection, civic education and engagement, media capacity building, or human rights awareness and advocacy.
Proposals must demonstrate a clear U.S. component, such as involvement of American experts, organizations, or institutions, to foster greater understanding of the United States and its policies. Activities may include lectures, workshops, exchanges, exhibitions, or training, with an emphasis on youth (ages 18–35), young professionals, women, marginalized, or underprivileged communities.
