Description
This program funds large-scale, collaborative projects to strengthen research infrastructure and competitiveness in U.S. jurisdictions eligible for the NSF EPSCoR initiative. Projects must address jurisdiction-wide needs, foster partnerships among academic, governmental, and nonprofit entities, and build sustainable research capacity in key focus areas ("cores") such as research administration, facilities, STEM education, workforce development, and more. The program aims to catalyze systemic improvements and long-term impacts by supporting networks, infrastructure, and pathways that will persist beyond the award period.
