Description
This opportunity funds a single organization to serve as the Senior Medicare Patrol Resource Center (SMPRC) under the Administration for Community Living (ACL). The SMPRC will provide centralized training, technical assistance, resource development, and innovative outreach to support the nationwide network of 54 SMP projects. The program's mission is to empower Medicare beneficiaries, families, and caregivers to prevent, detect, and report health care fraud, errors, and abuse through education and outreach.
ACL is seeking a partner to maximize the effectiveness of SMP outreach and education, enhance workforce development, support operational excellence, and pilot innovative communication technologies. The SMPRC will act as a hub for best practices, technical support, and new approaches to fraud prevention messaging, with a special focus on piloting new technologies in the first year.
