    Description

This opportunity from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Golden Field Office, through the Advanced Materials & Manufacturing Technologies Office (AMMTO), seeks to establish a single national accelerator focused on advancing circular supply chains. The accelerator will conduct system-level analyses, convene and facilitate collaboration across industries, and disseminate innovations and best practices to accelerate the adoption of circular economy principles in U.S. manufacturing.

The program aims to address both technical and non-technical barriers to circularity—such as technology readiness, market forces, business models, and policy—by engaging a broad set of stakeholders and producing actionable, public-facing reports and convenings. The ultimate goal is to improve supply chain security, reduce environmental impacts, and support a robust, competitive, and sustainable manufacturing sector.
