The U.S. Embassy Dakar Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) invites organizations and individuals to submit project ideas that foster stronger cultural ties between the United States and Senegal or Guinea Bissau. Projects should focus on cultural, educational, capacity building, or exchange programming that highlights shared values and promotes bilateral cooperation. This opportunity is designed to support initiatives that build mutual understanding and collaboration through public diplomacy.
