This fellowship opportunity at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) focuses on the geophysical fluid dynamics and structures of ocean fronts and eddies in both coastal and deep ocean environments. Research topics include transport mechanisms, cross-frontal exchange, submesoscale physics, frontal instabilities, mixing processes, and nonlinear interactions across scales.
