Description
The 4-Year Research Group (G4) program by Institut Pasteur aims to catalyze the development of new, independent research groups within its global network of institutes. The program provides early- to mid-career researchers with the opportunity to establish and lead teams focused on innovative projects in priority research areas, such as immunology, entomology, emerging infectious diseases, and related life sciences. The goal is to strengthen scientific capacity, foster leadership, and initiate sustainable research domains at host institutions.
Selected G4 principal investigators (PIs) receive significant funding and institutional support, with the expectation that their work will contribute strategically to the host institute and the broader Pasteur Network.
