To be eligible for the Colon and Rectal Surgery Residency in Rochester, Minnesota, you must have successfully completed a general surgery residency at an accredited institution. International applicants who have completed a general surgery residency in a program that is not accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) are eligible to apply for the one-year nonaccredited International Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship.
