Description
The Michelson Prizes: Next Generation Grants are annual awards from the Michelson Medical Research Foundation designed to support early-career investigators advancing the fields of human immunology, vaccine discovery, and immunotherapy. The program specifically seeks high-risk, high-reward research that addresses major challenges in vaccine development and expands our fundamental understanding of immune processes. Projects from a broad range of disciplines—including clinical research, molecular biology, protein engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, biophysics, and nanotechnology—are encouraged, provided they have clear relevance to human immunology and/or vaccine science. The program is open to international applicants and aims to foster transformative, interdisciplinary approaches that might not be funded through conventional mechanisms.
