Description
The RCSA Fellows program, offered by the Research Corporation for Science Advancement, is a multi-year, cohort-based initiative designed to support postdoctoral scholars in chemistry, physics, astronomy, and allied fields as they prepare for and transition into tenure-track faculty roles. The program emphasizes professional development, job search preparation (including mock interviews), mentorship, and community-building among fellows. Fellows receive travel funds for mock interviews and annual meetings, support for dependent care during these events, and ongoing access to additional programming and one-on-one mentorship.
