Description
The AATS Foundation Research Scholarship is a flagship program designed to support early-career surgeons pursuing academic careers in cardiothoracic surgery. Established in 1985, this scholarship provides up to two years of funding for a North American surgical investigator to advance their research, training, and clinical experience. The program aims to nurture promising young surgical scientists and help launch their academic trajectories. Recipients are recognized at the AATS Annual Meeting and receive complimentary registration.
