--- ## Description This grant supports U.S.-based community colleges and similar two-year institutions in developing a diverse, skilled technical workforce for the chemical industry. Funding is intended for projects that enhance the preparation and recruitment of chemical technical professionals (CTPs), including student stipends, internships, equipment purchases, faculty workload release, and partnership-building with local chemistry-related employers.
