Following plan approval, counties must ensure that relevant land use and infrastructure projects comply with the adopted plan. Municipalities within counties with current, DEP-approved Act 167 Plans may also receive partial reimbursement for eligible administrative, enforcement, and implementation costs related to aligning local ordinances with the county plan.
