Sponsored by the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) and made possible by the generosity of Dr. Rick Workman and his wife, this initiative aims to prepare future leaders and potential deans in academic dentistry through an intensive, in-person leadership development experience.
The program consists of a three-day, in-person meeting at The Carolina Inn, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Participants will engage in a comprehensive curriculum focused on leadership skills and academic advancement.
