The Bell Leadership Institute Achievers Program, supported by the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) and made possible by Dr. Rick Workman and his wife, provides 10 tuition-free spots for a select group of mid-career dental faculty. The program is designed to prepare assistant/associate deans and department chairs for future deanships and higher education leadership roles. This intensive three-day, in-person program is held at The Carolina Inn on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus and is intended to support the professional advancement of promising dental educators within academic institutions.
