Description
The Indiana Commission for Higher Education seeks a vendor to provide administrative services supporting the Indiana Board for Proprietary Education (BPE). The main focus is on evaluating the financial health of proprietary institutions using a methodology based on audited financial statements and the Financial Responsibility Composite Score (FRCS). The selected contractor will conduct both basic and in-depth financial reviews, present findings to the Board, and respond to ongoing inquiries throughout the year.
