This opportunity supports the development and delivery of a comprehensive Training, Technical Assistance, and Development (TTAD) program for the Adult Redeploy Illinois (ARI) network. The selected entity or entities will provide training, technical assistance, and professional development to local government units and stakeholders, enhancing their capacity to implement evidence-informed, community-based supervision and services for justice-involved adults as alternatives to incarceration. TTAD programming will include an annual statewide summit, regional trainings and workshops, one-on-one technical assistance and coaching, networking and peer-sharing activities, and mechanisms for gathering client input to inform ongoing program development. The initiative is a collaborative effort among the ARI Oversight Board, grantee sites, staff, clients, and other stakeholders, and is aligned with ARI’s mission of reducing prison use through local, cost-effective interventions.
