This opportunity funds the development and delivery of training, technical assistance, and development (TTAD) services for grantees in the Adult Redeploy Illinois (ARI) network. The selected entity or entities will expand the capacity and effectiveness of ARI sites in providing evidence-informed supervision and services to justice-involved adults, offering alternatives to incarceration. The program is designed to support ARI’s mission to reduce prison use through community-based interventions, with a strong emphasis on equity, innovation, and results-driven approaches.
Funded activities include an annual All-Sites Summit, regional trainings and workshops, one-on-one technical assistance and coaching, peer networking, a training advisory group, and mechanisms to gather client input to inform program improvement. The initiative is collaborative, involving ARI Oversight Board, sites, staff, clients, and stakeholders across Illinois.
