This opportunity provides funding to deliver intensive, customized technical assistance (TA) to newly funded and existing adult treatment court grantees and mentor courts. The program focuses on helping grantees effectively integrate substance use disorder treatment, mandatory drug testing, incentives and sanctions, and transitional services within a judicially supervised criminal court setting. The overarching goals are to reduce recidivism and overdose fatalities, increase access to treatment and recovery support, and improve public safety for individuals with substance use disorders.
