Description
UN Women, through the Peacebuilding Fund project "Advancing Peace and Stability in Sinjar," is seeking proposals from qualified Yazidi local peace structures, civil society organizations (CSOs), and activist networks to deliver community-led initiatives in Sinjar, Ninewa Governorate, Iraq. The program focuses on strengthening social cohesion, inclusive reconciliation, and enhancing the participation of women and youth in peace processes. Supported activities may include dialogue sessions, awareness-raising, memorialization, and social cohesion projects, with a strong emphasis on women- and youth-led organizations addressing community-identified needs.
