Description
This opportunity funds a single cooperative agreement to improve Argentina’s national cybersecurity posture by providing advisory support for the design, establishment, and operationalization of a centralized, civilian-led national Cybersecurity Operations Center (SOC). The project aims to enable Argentina to prevent, detect, analyze, and respond to advanced cyber threats targeting government networks and critical infrastructure, aligning with trusted U.S. and allied security practices. The awardee will provide comprehensive assessments, legal and policy advisory, governance and operational design, technical architecture guidance, and workforce development, with a strong focus on capacity-building and sustainability.
