This grant supports research projects focused on defining and implementing value-based care frameworks in head and neck cancer. The goal is to foster innovative, collaborative, and data-driven approaches that measurably improve patient outcomes, enhance quality and process measures, and reduce costs. Proposals should address existing gaps in care, facilitate meaningful comparisons to industry standards, and be designed to yield actionable results within the one-year award period. Projects may include, but are not limited to, behavioral health integration, AI-driven cost reduction, value-based contracting, automation, multidisciplinary approaches, and clinic reform. Priority is given to studies that can develop into long-term or expanded research programs.
