Description
The New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute’s Office of the Medical Director and Health Research, Inc. (HRI) seek an organization to manage the AIDS Institute Clinical Guidelines Program. The program develops practical, evidence-based guidance for care of New Yorkers living with or at risk of HIV, hepatitis C, sexually transmitted infections, and substance use disorders. It also promotes drug user and LGBTQ+ health, with particular attention to primary care providers who do not specialize in these areas.
Supported work includes guideline development and maintenance, clinical committee coordination, professional editing, website management, dissemination, implementation research, and program evaluation. The program prioritizes equitable, patient-centered care, reducing disparities, and producing accessible guidance with immediate application in daily practice.
