This award enables U.S. scholars, professionals, and artists to undertake research, teaching, or professional projects in any discipline at leading institutions in The Bahamas, including the University of The Bahamas, Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute, and Cape Eleuthera Island School. Scholars can design research projects, teach undergraduate or graduate courses, or carry out professional or artistic projects. The program encourages engagement with students and the local community, curriculum development, and public talks to enhance mutual understanding between the U.S. and The Bahamas. Flex options are available for those proposing multiple short-term stays over two years.
