Description
This opportunity supports new, high-quality transatlantic collaborations in research and teaching among faculty at Columbia University and three leading French institutions: École Polytechnique, Sciences Po, and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. The grant is designed to catalyze joint research proposals, pilot studies, and collaborative educational activities that demonstrate clear added value from cross-Atlantic partnership. Eligible activities include joint proposal development, pilot/exploratory research, co-taught courses, workshops, symposia, and other structured initiatives that build durable international networks and partnerships.
Projects must be co-led by at least one faculty member from Columbia and one from a French partner institution, and should move beyond routine or individual work to establish or significantly expand international research and teaching networks.
