The Alliance Visiting Professorships program enables six faculty members annually—three from Columbia University and three from leading French institutions (École Polytechnique, Sciences Po, and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University)—to participate in transatlantic faculty exchanges. Selected professors spend a semester or several weeks at a partner institution, teach a course, and give public lectures, all with the aim of strengthening institutional links and fostering long-term research and teaching collaborations.
