--- ## Description This postdoctoral research opportunity at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) invites applicants to advance the field of altermagnetic materials—a newly discovered class of spin-ordered materials featuring large spin-momentum locking at room temperature and zero net magnetic moment. The fellowship focuses on understanding and controlling non-relativistically protected spin polarization using experimental techniques such as neutron scattering, magnetotransport, muon spin resonance, spin-ARPES, and SQUID magnetometry.
