Description
The Alternative Fuel Vehicle (AFV) Rebate program provides financial incentives to Pennsylvania residents to increase access to zero-emission and low-emission vehicles. The program supports the purchase or lease of new, pre-owned, or demonstration alternative fuel vehicles—including battery electric, plug-in hybrid, compressed natural gas (CNG), propane-fueled vehicles, and electric motorcycles—with a final purchase price of $45,000 or less. The goal is to make clean transportation more affordable, particularly for working-class and low-income Pennsylvanians, while reducing emissions and advancing environmental sustainability statewide.
